Postage Information:


We supply products nationwide via courier (Internet Express or SAPO).

The customer is responsible for the postage or courier costs, and we will quote according to order.

Please note that all items are only posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so please ensure that your orders are in and paid for by Monday 12:00 (noon) and Wednesday 12:00(noon), or your order will only be posted on the following postage day.

The items are sent insured at a rate of 2% of the items value.

Our offices are in Richwood, Cape Town and collections need to be arranged upfront.

Our Warrantees:


1. Our warrantees are very standard and all our products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.

2. Should the product be defective within 7 days of purchase, it will be replaced after being tested by our technical staff.

3. Consumables and software do not carry a warranty.

4. Batteries and chargers carry a 6 month warranty.

5. Physical damage and tampering voids all warrantees.


Return Policy:


We have a 24Hr full credit policy. After 24Hrs and to a maximum of 14 days, we will charge a minimum of 20% handling fee, and the package must be complete and in original condition.
